How can I pause my subscription?

Go to Settings in the left sidebar, or open https://app.gptzero.me/account-settings directly. In the Manage Plan section, click Pause Subscription.

You can pause for 30 days or 60 days. Each option tells you the exact date your plan will restart.

Your plan restarts automatically on the date shown, and you are not billed while it is paused.

If you do not see Pause Subscription, it is because pausing is only available for an active monthly subscription. It is not available on annual plans, on the free plan, or if your subscription is already paused or canceled. On an annual plan, contact us at team@gptzero.me, and we will help.
