How can I get the GPTZero browser extension?

The browser extension is called GPTZero: AI Detection & Writing Replay. It works in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.

  1. Install it from the Chrome Web Store. In Chrome, click Add to Chrome.

  2. Click the extension icon and pin it to the toolbar.

  3. Log in. Until you do, the extension shows Log in to start scanning.

  4. Highlight text and right-click Scan text with GPTZero. On most pages, you can also use Scan Selection or Scan Page.

On the free plan, you can run up to 25 AI scans per month. GPTZero Premium removes that limit.
