What is the difference between the free and paid for plans?

The free plan gives you our basic AI detection. Paid plans add the rest of our tools, raise how much you can scan at once, and raise your monthly word allowance.

Free gives you the Basic AI Scan, which returns an overall AI detection score, plus one free Advanced Scan so you can try sentence-level highlighting. You get 10,000 words a month, up to 10,000 characters per scan, and up to 3 files in a batch upload.

Essential adds Grammar Check, AI Vocabulary Check and the browser extension. Scans can be up to 50,000 characters.

Premium includes everything in Essential and adds the Advanced Scan (in-depth analysis with sentence highlighting), Writing Feedback, Plagiarism Check, and source and citation generation. You can upload up to 50 files in a batch.

Professional includes everything in Premium and adds page-by-page scanning, enterprise-grade security, LMS integration and up to 10 million words of overage. Scans can be up to 150,000 characters and batches up to 250 files.
